Free technical support is available from Ultrasound Supply during installation and over the course of the standard limited warranty. Technical support is available after the warranty period at an hourly cost per issue.
Logiq E9 Maintenance Recommendations
We recommend using a surge protector and a dedicated power outlet to maintain the Logiq E9’s electrical system. Any probes should be cleaned with a disinfectant wipe after every use to prevent lens damage.

GE Logiq E9 BT09 to BT15: Revisions and Features
GE launched the Logiq E9 in 2009. That first version was designated as BT09. (“BT” is an abbreviation of “Break Through,” and the number designates the year in which this version was launched.)The GE Logiq E9 BT09 was in production until 2010 when the Logiq E9 premium BT10 was introduced. The BT versions are also referred to as a Rev. or revision. The BT09 is Rev 1, BT10 is Rev 2, and so on for subsequent years. Each new version of the Logiq E9 has improved hardware or software, access to new transducers, and fixes to any glitches or bugs compared to the previous year’s model.
The Logiq E9 BT11 added strain-based elastography and Elasto QA as an option. The Logiq E9 BT13 added XDclear as an option, along with access to the new C1-6D and C2-9D convex transducers that were made specifically for the new XDclear technology. The BT13 was also based on a new BEP (back end processor) to improve its imaging performance. In the Logic E9 BT14, GE again upgraded the BEP and added optional Shear Wave Elastography.
